Be prepared to provide the following:

  • Your location
  • Device location (building, floor)
  • Your contact information
  • Device symptom(s)
  • Call 2-5800
  • Voicemail will be delivered to your email account.
  • To listen, double-click the message. You can then save, forward, or delete it just as you would any email.

  2. To transfer a call, press.
  3. Enter the number. Announce the call (if desired) and press.

To redial the last number, lift the handset and press or press to dial using the speakerphone.

  3. To deactivate a muted call, press Mute again or lift the handset.
