Most of the points mentioned above have also troubled me quite a lot in my job. Infact, the thing which I hate most in any job is – Office Politics. It has been one of the prime reasons why I left my previous job. I would have never left my job but I had to….just because of the dirty politics which was being played behind my back. Well, there were some other reasons too. I will be writing a detailed post on it in the times to come.

So, office politics is one of the things which bothers me a lot. As an experienced professional, I know you have to face such things in each and every organization. But sometimes, it does become too much and then you have to take some harsh step…

  • Volunteer for some activity
