No doubt, it can happen to anyone of us. Even I have been facing the same situation on a quite number of occasions. It is all about being blocked, a common situation where you feel helpless with your blogging as you feel like lacking ideas for the same. Blogging gets better and better if there is a continuous flow of ideas to one’s mind.  And if it isn’t the case then surely you are bound to be faced with writer’s block. Writer’s block is a common situation where bloggers or writers do not find enough ideas to keep doing what they want to do i.e; keep writing, keep blogging. And certainly it looks a very common phenomenon in this blogosphere.

Now, why do blogger’s get faced with writer’s block? Why does it happen? And what are they ways to get out of the same? To start with, you have to agree here with me that there is a thing like writer’s block. Writer’s block can be attributed to various factors. Talking about me, it is mostly because of my laziness which keeps me away from thinking and accumulate ideas for blogging. And that’s very natural. As apart from this, writer’s block can also occur because of the following:
  • Lack of sleep
  • Depression
  • Lack of resources
  • Stress
Most of us go through the above conditions and it really becomes difficult to concentrate and keep up the rhythm. Lack of sleep can certainly make you feel very lazy and tired for the same. Often is the case when people keep blogging when they actually should be sleeping which again results in stress and related disorders. Depression is another major reason leading to writer’s block. Bloggers need to keep away from these conditions. Until and unless you have a healthy body and mind, you really cannot get out of the writer’s block.
Also, below are some tips to let you feel free and more relaxed about the same. You can follow these tips to get out of the writer’s block :
Make a note of your reader’s concernsNothing is perfect and the same can be said about your blog. Very often people who visit your blog are faced with some issues which make their browsing an unpleasant experience. This could be related to design as well as the content part. Maybe there is some problem with your RSS feed button or maybe people are not able to view videos in your posts.

You can make a list of all these issues and come up with a post addressing these concerns and highlighting solutions for the same.
Find ideas from what you studyYes very often from what we study there is a high chance that we start battling with something and in the process of doing so, we end up finding an answer or idea. And again also there is a possibility of people facing the same type of problem. Now, you have got an idea for your post where you can relate your problem with other’s problem and come up with your answers for the same.

Subscribe to iCurrentiCurrent is a great site to find ideas for your blogging. Once subscribed you can receive daily news on current popular topics. The news update you receive are based on the keywords you choose. Thus, then you have a much better resource for your blogging.

Move to a new locationNow, this is very interesting and it works! I have been doing the same in recent times. Apart from blogging mostly from my home, I am finding time to do the same from other locations like from cafe, friend’s house, etc… This really helps in case you are feeling a bit bored and pressured in your existing location. Also, a mere walk to your nearest coffee shop or anywhere outside can help you gain the lost enthusiasm and inspire you for a new post.

Research on your keywordsThis is surely going to help if you are into niche blogging. You might be bothered about your market, what people actually are searching on the Internet and again must be relevant to your niche. You can have a list of all your researched keywords and then you can go ahead with your new post.

Brainstorm for Top 10Just brainstorm for new ideas and prepare a list of top 10 questions for the same. Google search to know about the same. You will then be amazed at seeing how much of the search is being made by the people for the same. Now, you have some ideas for your post.

Honestly, I am following most of the above tips and I am quite satisfied with the results. Nothing much like a writer’s block here as I devote ample time in researching ideas for the same and this is triggered more with the fact that I have to provide something useful to my readers. What I believe is very simple, there must be a desire in a blogger to provide useful, informative and interesting content to his/her readers. Until and unless you have that kinda desire, your blogging is just a waste of time. Ok, you may get out of the writer’s block but is it enough ?? What say ??
